Photography is my passion. I want to arouse positive emotions with my pictures. So some time ago I decided to create this page to show you some great photos from my travels around the world.
I’m Evgeniy Bierich.
Travel and nature photographer from Germany. Born in 1987 and raised in Siberia / Russia, returned to Germany with my parents at the age of 16.
Photography has been with me for most of my life. I was still little when my father bought an analog camera. As a result I learned the basics of photography. Since then, photography has fascinated me and has never let go. Today, I can no longer imagine my life without photography!
At the beginning of my professional activity as a photographer, I tried different genres of photography in order to find my own way. In nature photography, I have found a creative form of expression for the joy of creation. In addition to nature, flora and fauna, my photographic interest is in architecture, Culture of other people and nations. Exploration of the historical monuments, castles and ruins that have been preserved to this day and which keep many secrets.
In 2013, I decided to turn my hobby into my job. Since then I have been working as a professional travel and nature photographer. My favorite and main place for photography has long been the Middle Rhine – the romantic World Heritage Valley! What also influenced the name of this website back then! Today I travel across the European continent and sometimes a little further.
In 2015, I open the K24Wi website. Since then, I have been presenting high-quality and authentic reports looking at travel destinations from unfamiliar perspectives and inspiring readers for tours of discovery. Among other things, I report on my experiences and approaches in the field of travel and nature photography. Advice and product recommendations on the subjects of photography, travel equipment and the outdoors.
My images are created with the digital system in RAW format and processed with Capture One. In image processing I see a helpful optimization of the recordings, I reject unlimited image manipulation. My motifs should keep their authentic character.
